You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of your order. Please contact our customer support before returning your item to ensure it is properly processed. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@mercerandmaine.com. Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
